RULES & REGULATIONS – APPLICATION INFORMATION (2026)
Please read through all the items listed below carefully. Applicants MUST initial, sign, and date at the end and agree to ALL in order to be considered for the 2026 Palisade Peach Festival.
Booth Space – Allotment and Placement
I understand that:
The 2026 Palisade Peach Festival WILL BE a “Juried Festival” and space is limited. Vendor selection for the Palisade Peach Festival is a juried process. Priority will be given to vendors who are (1) current Palisade Chamber of Commerce members in good standing and (2) those whose products align with the spirit of the festival by incorporating a peach theme. While we welcome a diverse range of vendors, we encourage applicants to showcase creative, peach-inspired offerings that celebrate our region’s agricultural heritage.
If I am not accepted, my fees will be returned to me in full. Booth space is reserved for retail sales only. Informational booths are available to Festival Sponsors only. For sponsorship information, please email events@palisadecoc.com.
Booth space is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, as is electricity. I may request a specific location; however, the space I request cannot be guaranteed, and last year's space will not be automatically granted. All assigned vendor spaces are final and cannot be changed. WE WILL NOT SWITCH VENDORS AROUND.
All sales items require pre-approval. I may only sell items that have been approved by the Palisade Chamber of Commerce. If I sell unapproved items, my booth may be shut down, my booth fee will NOT be refunded, and I may lose the privilege of participating in future Chamber events.
Electrical Access
I understand that electricity is limited. I only get ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET, which cannot be used unless paid for prior to the event. Even with payment, electrical access is first-come, first-served.
I am responsible for providing my own HEAVY-DUTY 100 ft. electrical cord.
Sales Tax – State of Colorado
I am responsible for paying all applicable taxes to the State of Colorado.
The Palisade Chamber of Commerce will provide the State with a list of all vendors participating in the 2026 Palisade Peach Festival.
I will have my Special Event Sales Tax License with me at the festival.
Booth Info, Decorations, Open Flame, Awnings, “Guy Wires,” & Trailer Tongues
Decorating my booth is encouraged. Decorations, awnings, guy wires, and trailer tongues may extend no more than one (1) foot beyond my assigned space.
I understand that open flames underneath tents are NOT permitted (special permitting may be required).
Booth setup is Friday, August 21, 2026, beginning at 8:30 AM and must be complete by 2:00 PM.
I am allowed 30 minutes for unloading. No vehicles are allowed on the grass after 2:00 PM.
Failure to check in by 1:00 PM on Friday may result in loss of booth space unless prior arrangements have been approved.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF TRAFFIC CONDITIONS AND ARRIVE ON TIME.
Booth Photos
I have submitted photos of my booth with my application.
Photo Release
I agree to waive all rights to any photos or images taken of me and my booth during the 2026 Peach Festival. These images may be used by the Palisade Chamber of Commerce for promotional purposes.
Wristbands & Parking
I will receive 5 wristbands, and all workers must be wristbanded before arriving at the festival.
Additional vendor wristbands: $5 before the festival.
Wristbands purchased at the festival: $20 each.
I will receive 1 parking pass. One additional pass may be purchased for $20 before the festival. NO PARKING PASSES WILL BE SOLD AT THE FESTIVAL.
Vendors may use one parking spot in designated vendor parking. All other vehicles must park in the overflow vendor lot on the NW end of attendee parking or in designated offsite lots. Free shuttle service is available from auxiliary parking lots.
Pets
NO PETS are allowed on festival grounds.
Prohibited Items
I understand that under no circumstances may the following items be sold at the 2026 Palisade Peach Festival:
- Alcohol
- Tobacco products or paraphernalia
- Laser lights
NO SMOKING ON FESTIVAL GROUNDS.
NO on-site camping. Please make overnight lodging arrangements well in advance as we will not be able to allow you to stay onsite overnight per Town of Palisade ordinance.
Refunds
I will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, for cancellations made before May 1, 2026.
After that date: NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Electrical Access (Additional Details)
I understand I am entitled to only ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET, which cannot be used unless paid for prior to the event. Even with payment, access remains first-come, first-served.
I am responsible for bringing a HEAVY-DUTY 100 ft. cord and any needed adaptors. If unsure, I will contact KOSI Events.
The Palisade Peach Festival is not liable for power outages and strongly recommends that I bring a backup power source.
Deposit Fee
A refundable $150 deposit is required to secure participation. This ensures compliance with event policies and proper booth cleanup. The deposit will be returned after the festival upon verification that all requirements are met. Refunds will be processed on August 25, 2026. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process back to your account. Please email admin@palisadecoc.com if you do not receive your refund by September 9, 2026.
Payment
Payment in full must be submitted at the time of application via Square using the JotForm vendor portal.
