Commuter

Participants who are commuting to the conference and are not registered for a housing plan will have the opportunity to register for the Opening Banquet, the Closing Banquet and/or a Commuter Meal Plan. Additional information on Commuter Meal Plans will be available on the QBL Website. Registration for Commuter meals, including banquet meals, will open up in June 2026.

Housing

We are only offering single room housing options. All housing plans include arrival the night before your class begins. All housing plans include a meal plan for breakfast, lunch, and dinner beginning with the Banquet dinner on the Sunday night you arrive and breakfast on the morning you leave.

The main dorm for QBL participants is de Cordova. De Cordova is an ADA accessible dorm with elevators to every level, single private bedrooms, shared dorm-style bathrooms on each floor, and common areas. De Cordova is air conditioned.

Assistance will be available on move in & move out days at de Cordova, where we will have someone to help bring items up and down the stairs.

Housing will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We try our best to accommodate everyone’s needs and requests, but this is not always possible due to availability. We cannot honor requests for specific rooms or buildings.

Special accommodations requests must be received by April 17, 2026. If you need to update your accommodation request please email qbl@schweinfurthartcenter.org . We will do our best to accommodate all requests but we cannot guarantee.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the housing plan. There are gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options available in SAGA Dining Hall (HWS' cafeteria). If you have special dietary needs, please speak with the chef when you arrive.

Deposit & Processing Fee: A $225 non-refundable deposit is required for each session at the time of registration. This fee includes a $25 processing fee per session to reserve your space at QBL. The remaining $200 will be put towards tuition fees. If the class you want is full, and you do not have a 2nd choice, your deposit is returned and your name is put on a wait list.

Terms and Conditions & Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: a non-refundable $225 per session is required to attend. The balance of the conference fees are due May 17, 2026. Cancellations after May 17, 2026 are not refundable for any reason. You may designate someone to take your place if you cannot attend. Cancellations before May 17, 2026 must be in writing or emailed to QBL (qbl@schweinfurthartcenter.org) and received no later than May 17, 2026 to qualify for a refund. QBL is not responsible for travel refunds.

We highly recommend that you contact a travel agent about travel cancellation insurance for 2026.

Final payment is due May 17, 2026. A $25 late fee is added to all payments received after that date.

COVID Policy:

The mask policy is currently: Recommended, but not required. QBL reserves the right to change this policy AT ANY TIME. If you are not willing to wear a mask if asked, please do not attend QBL. QBL reserves the right to ask you to leave if you will not wear a mask if required.
