Exhibit Booth Information – CEHA 74th Annual Educational Symposium
Booth Pricing
CEHA Corporate Members: $1,100 per 8’ x 8’ booth
Non-Members: $1,250 per 8’ x 8’ booth
Pricing is the same regardless of attendance duration. Multiple booths may be purchased.
Application & Payment
A $400 deposit must accompany each booth application.
Applications without a deposit will not be processed, and space will not be reserved.
Full payment is due by March 1, 2026.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the CEHA AES Committee, ATTN: Megan Floyd.
By March 31, 2026: Full refund
April 1–8, 2026: $400 refund
After April 8, 2026: No refunds will be issued
Booth Assignment
Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
CEHA will consider exhibitor preferences but reserves the right to make final assignments in the best interest of the AES.
A floor plan is included in this packet for reference.
Exhibit Display & Setup
Exhibits will be displayed at the Long Beach Hilton throughout the AES.
Setup begins: Monday, April 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM
Exhibit Removal
All exhibit materials must be removed by Wednesday, April 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
Any exceptions must be approved by the AES Chairperson.
Admission & Registration
Access to educational sessions requires a CEHA AES attendee badge.
Each exhibitor receives two (2) complimentary registrations for the AES (April 20–23, 2026), covering educational sessions only.
Pre-conference workshops and meals are not included but may be purchased separately. Contact CEHA for details.
Liability & Insurance
CEHA is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to exhibitors, their employees, or property.
Exhibitors are encouraged to obtain adequate insurance coverage.
All exhibits must comply with health, fire, and safety regulations. Detailed requirements will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
Exhibit Specifications
Exhibits must remain within the assigned space and may not be suspended from the ceiling.
Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused.
Audio/visual presentations are allowed at conversational volume and must not disturb neighboring booths.
Promotional materials may only be distributed from the exhibitor’s assigned space.
Event of Default
If the AES is canceled for any reason, this contract will be terminated.
CEHA will refund all payments minus actual out-of-pocket expenses.
General Terms
These rules are part of the agreement between CEHA and the exhibitor.
CEHA reserves the right to interpret and amend these terms as needed. Any changes will be communicated in writing.
Event Name Usage
When referencing this event in print or media, use the full name:
CEHA (California Environmental Health Association) 74th Annual Educational Symposium (AES)
Do not refer to the event as a “convention” or “trade show.”
Exhibitors are responsible for informing their marketing and PR teams.
