Daily Drop-In Day Pass Agreement
1. PURPOSE
This Daily Drop-In Agreement (“Agreement”) permits the Guest to use designated shared coworking areas within The 808 Coworking for a single day, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. DAY PASS DETAILS
Access Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (unless otherwise approved in writing)
Day Pass Fee: $25.00 (non-refundable; due at time of check-in or booking)
Includes access to:
• Open coworking space
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Common areas & kitchenette
• Restrooms
Does not include:
• Private offices
• Conference rooms
• Dedicated desks
• After-hours access
Additional services or amenities may be available for an additional fee.
3. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest agrees to:
• Maintain a respectful and professional work environment
• Keep noise at a reasonable level
• Clean up after themselves in all common areas
• Not leave personal belongings unattended overnight
• Not allow unauthorized guests or share access
• Follow all posted rules, policies, and staff instructions
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.
4. INTERNET & TECHNOLOGY
Wi-Fi and technology services are provided as a courtesy on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The 808 Coworking makes no guarantees regarding speed, reliability, or security and is not liable for data loss, interruptions, or security breaches. Unlawful or high-risk online activity is strictly prohibited.
5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
Guest assumes all risk associated with use of the premises. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest releases and holds harmless The 808 Coworking, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from Guest’s use of the space, including loss or damage to personal belongings.
Guest is responsible for any damage caused to property, equipment, or furnishings.
6. NO TENANCY OR LEASE RIGHTS
This Agreement does not create a lease, tenancy, or ongoing membership. It grants a temporary, revocable license for single-day use only and may be terminated immediately for misuse or rule violations.
7. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Day Pass fees are non-refundable. Unused time may not be credited, transferred, or rescheduled.
8. PAYMENT & ACCESS ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Access to The 808 Coworking is granted only after successful payment processing. Door access and Wi-Fi credentials are issued upon payment confirmation.
By submitting payment, Guest acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to this Agreement and all posted House Rules.
