  • Meal Selection

  • Pre-ordered meals provided by the University's dining service are offered as a convenient option for dining without having to go off-campus. Please note that the University is located in a vibrant area of Houston with many good-quality, reasonably-priced food options, several of which are within easy walking distance.

  • On-Campus Accommodations (Optional)

  • On campus accommodations are sold out.

    Space is still available at our host hotel, the Crowne Plaza. Please use this reservation link to reserve a room in the Cruinniú block.

    If you would like to be added to the on-campus accommodation waitlist, please email info@gulfcoastirish.org and put "on-campus accommodation waitlist" in the subject line of your email.

  • If you would like to stay on campus, please select your preferred date range.

    Note: If you are sharing a room with another student, only one of you should make the reservation.

    Please decide beforehand with your roommate who will make the reservation. If you are the one to fill out the form, list your roommate's name in the indicated area - this will count as their reservation.

  • Garage Parking Passes

  • If you can provide your license plate number at this time, the UST security team will put your parking access on your UST Dorm Building Access ID. This will allow you unlimited garage entrances and exits between Thursday, 3:00 PM CT and Sunday, 6:00 PM CT.

  • At check in, you will be provided with exit tokens:

    • Three tokens if you purchased one day parking
    • Nine tokens if you purchased weekend parking

    Each token will allow one exit from the Moran Center garage.

  • Cruinniú T-Shirt Pre-Order (optional)

  • You may order 2026 Cruinniú t-shirts during registration. They will be available for pickup during check-in.

  • Additional Concert Tickets

  • Your class package comes with a concert ticket, but you can purchase additional tickets here for friends and family.
