SIESTA RETREATS — PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT
This agreement is between Spain Culture Abroad SL , NIF B67998443, with registered address at Calle Bermudez 29, and the participant named in this application.
THE RETREAT
Your booking covers the Siesta Retreats experience in Estepona, Spain, October 5–15, 2026, including the activities, excursions, and events listed in your selected package at findyoursiesta.com.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
Flights, airport transfers, lodging, travel insurance, meals other than those specified in your package, personal expenses, and the optional Granada excursion are not included. We will gladly assist you in arranging lodging and transportation, but these arrangements are contracts between you and the relevant providers.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of application to confirm your place. Your booking is confirmed only when payment is received and you receive written confirmation from us.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
If you cancel on or before September 1, 2026, you will receive a refund of €1,000 per person. The remainder is retained to cover committed costs and your reserved place. The Wellness Upgrade is fully refundable on or before September 1, 2026.
If you cancel after September 1, 2026, no refund will be issued.
If we cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to us. We are not responsible for other costs you may have incurred (such as flights or lodging), which is one reason we require travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
You are required to hold travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical care, and repatriation for the duration of the retreat. Siesta Retreats does not provide insurance of any kind.
HEALTH & PARTICIPATION
All activities — including yoga, breathwork, walking tours, and excursions — are optional, and you participate at your own discretion. You confirm that you are in adequate health to take part in the activities you choose, and that you will inform us of any medical condition, dietary restriction, or mobility limitation that we should be aware of. You are responsible for consulting your doctor before traveling if you have any concerns.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY
Travel and physical activity carry inherent risks. To the extent permitted by Spanish law, Spain Culture Abroad SL is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from activities provided by third parties (including lodging providers, transportation, restaurants, and excursion operators), from your voluntary participation in activities, or from events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, strikes, or force majeure). Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish consumer law.
ITINERARY CHANGES
We may adjust the itinerary, activities, or instructors where necessary due to weather, availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always provide an experience of equivalent quality and will communicate changes as early as possible.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
We may take photos and video during the retreat for use on our website and social media. By signing, you consent to appearing in this material unless you tell us otherwise in writing before the retreat begins.
COMMUNITY EXPECTATIONS
Siesta Retreats is a shared experience built on warmth and respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior endangers or significantly disrupts the group, without refund.
YOUR DATA
Your personal data will be processed by Spain Culture Abroad SL to manage your application, booking, and retreat participation, in accordance with our Privacy Policy at findyoursiesta.com/privacidad.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you retain all rights granted by Spanish and EU consumer protection legislation.
