2026 Sibshop Registration

Sibshops are fun, educational, and interactive workshops designed for children ages 6–12 who have siblings with disabilities or special needs. Each session gives kids the chance to learn more about their sibling’s experiences, build coping and communication skills, connect with peers who “get it,” and make friends in a supportive, energetic environment.
Please complete this form to register one child for an upcoming Sibshop.
A separate registration form is required for each child.

Cost: $25 per child per Sibshop (unless covered by CLTS county funding).
Funding: If you plan to use CLTS or other third‑party funding, select that option below and provide your county and caseworker information.
Liability Form: A current Liability & Medical Information Form is required for participation. If we don’t have one on file, you’ll receive a link to complete it after registration.

After completing this form, you may submit an additional registration for another child if needed.
