About:
We will gather at the beautiful and historic community of Braziers Park in the peaceful countryside of Oxfordshire. Together, we will connect with nature and with other women from Hong Kong, take time to rest and heal, and gently reconnect with our inner selves as we prepare to begin a new chapter in our lives.
Our retreat will include:
- Yoga for strength, mobility and inner peace
- Grounding nourishing hatha yoga
- Eight Brocades for healing and wellness
- Singing bowl to calm mind and body
- Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing for deep relaxation
- Outdoor nature connection practices
- Community sharing circles to be heard and held
- Simple healthy shared meals
