Singapore National Coffee Championship 2026
Date: 15 - 17 July 2026
Venue: Sands Expo & Convention Centre Hall A, B & C, Level 1 (Held in conjuntion with SIGEP Asia https://sigepasia.com.sg/)

Registration Rules
1. Judging Categories
Judges may register for one (1) competition category only, as competitions will run simultaneously:
-Singapore National Barista Championship (SNBC)
-Singapore National Latte Art Championship (SLAC)
-Singapore National Brewers Cup (SNBrC)
In the event of a shortage of judges, selected judges may be invited to officiate in more than one category.
2. Mandatory Judges Calibration Workshop
All confirmed judges are required to attend the Judges Calibration Workshop. The timing and venue will be determined by the Competition Body and will take place either during the same week as the competitions or a few days prior.
Failure to attend the calibration session will result in disqualification from judging.
3. Judge Selection & Confirmation
Submission of the registration form does not guarantee selection. Judges will be shortlisted based on experience, qualifications, and competition requirements.
Official confirmation will be sent via email after the selection process is completed.
4. Conflict of Interest
Judges must declare any actual or potential conflicts of interest, including relationships with competitors, sponsors, or brands involved in the competition.
The Competition Body reserves the right to reassign or withdraw judges to ensure fairness and impartiality.
5. Code of Conduct & Professionalism
All judges are expected to adhere to the competition rules, judging standards, and code of conduct as set by the Competition Body.
Any misconduct or breach of rules may result in immediate removal from the judging panel.
6. Competition Schedule Changes
The Competition Body reserves the right to amend the competition dates, schedule, or format based on the number of competition stations or operational requirements.
In the event of changes, registration fees will not be refunded if a judge chooses to withdraw.
7. Travel & Availability Commitment
Judges are expected to ensure full availability throughout the competition and calibration period once confirmed.
Registration Fee Refund Policy
Registration fees will be refunded under the following circumstances:
A. Eligibility-Based Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
1. You have judged two (2) or more past editions of the Singapore National Coffee Championship; or
2. You are an overseas judge (not employed or residing in Singapore).
Refunds under this category will be processed after completion of on-site judging.
B. Selection-Based Refund
Registration fees will also be refunded if:
1. You are not shortlisted during the initial registration screening; or
2. You are not shortlisted after the Judges Calibration Workshop.
