For your video submission, please include your introductory remarks and your graduation repertoire as one video link.

Graduation levels 8+ may require multi-movement submissions. If needed, you may use the additional fields to submit extra movements, or to include your introductory remarks.

All videos should be approved by your private teacher.

Only ONE recording per level. To submit a recording for an additional level, please submit a second registration form. If you submit a 2nd recording, it must be a higher level than your 1st recording. Includes Certificate, Trophy, and Evaluator's listening time and comments.

Donation$5.00

Your generous donation will be directed to SMAC-LA Branch to provide student scholarships, and financial assistance for teachers seeking to further their training. 5% of all donations go to our Parent Organization, the Suzuki Music Association of California to maintain operations.
