Application to exhibit a vehicle

The Vintage Weekend is organised by The Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge and raises funds for the Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge Trust Fund which gives grants to local, national and international good causes.

* A supercar, also called an exotic car, is loosely defined or described as a street-legal, superlative performance sports car in terms of power, speed and handling.

Entry fees  are reduced from recent years to encourage pre-booking.  £8 per vehicle per day and £5 per motorcycle per day.

Entry fees include the driver and one passsenger for a vehicle and the rider and one pillion passenger for a motorcycle.

 Publicity  We always appreciate receiving photographs and information about vehicles taking part in the rally which can be used in our publicity and publications. Please use the 'Upload a File' button to send us any photos and information on your vehicle or add interesting details in the comments box. (you can upload up to five files each with a maximum size of 3 mega bytes).

Note that by uploading images and data files you are giving the Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge copyright and data protection permission to use them in our publicity.

 Consent The Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge would like to retain your personal details so that it can send you information about the other events it organises. We will only email you notice of future Vintage Weekends if you click Yes.

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to manage your entry to the Vintage Weekend and, if you have agreed, notify you of other Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge events. Except where it is necessary to provide the requested service to you (e.g. when we take payment) we will not share your data with third parties.

Note that, among other commitments, you agree that :

• The Rotary Club of Hebden Bridge has no liability for damage or injury arising from this event, howsoever caused. 
• All vehicle exhibits must arrive and depart the event under their own power.  No trailers, towing vehicles, transporters etc. will be allowed on the rally field and no parking is provided for them.
• Once your application has been accepted, fees are non-refundable.

 Payment To finalise your application and pay, please enter your credit or debit card details at the bottom of this form and then press the    Submit    button. 

You will be temporally transfered to PayPal where the transaction will be securely completed.  This may take a minute or so, so please be patient.

Once we have received your application and payment you will see a screen confirming the details.  We will also email a copy to you.

Please note.  Registration cards for vehicles accepted for the rally will NOT this year be sent by post due to delays in previous years.   Pre-bookers before the 19th July 2026 will receive an email shortly AFTER 19th July with an attachment containing a blank entry card which you will need to print then write on in marker pen in large numerals your rally number, which will be provided within the email.  It is essential that you bring this card with you to the rally and display it at all times in a prominent position inside your vehicle.  Only vehicles displaying valid registration cards will be allowed to enter the rally field.  Pre-bookers AFTER 19th July will receive an emailed blank entry card when pre-registration closes on 31st July.  You will be able to book right up to the eve of the event, last entries will be at 3pm on 31st July 2026.
