Official Rules:
By participating in the raffle, all participants and winners agree to be bound by the Official Rules established by the Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older. Employees and immediate family members of the Chamber who are directly involved in the promotion or operation of the event are not eligible to win. Tickets are $100 each and can be purchased by cash or check. All sales are final, and tickets must be purchased before the drawing.
Drawing Details:
Date: January 27, 2026 at 6:00pm
Location: The Poynt, 31 Water Street, Newburyport, MA 01950
Up to 600 tickets will be sold. Winners need not be present to win, but additional raffles may be held during the event for which attendance is required.
Claiming Prizes: Winners must claim their prizes by March 19, 2026. If prizes are not claimed by the deadline, they may be forfeited unless otherwise extended by the Chamber. The Chamber reserves the right to cancel the raffle if fewer than 300 tickets are sold by January 1, 2026.
Governing Law & Taxes: This raffle is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and may need to pre-pay a portion before receiving their prize. No portion of the ticket price qualifies as a charitable contribution.
