Standard Refund Scale

Refunds are calculated based on the total tuition of $797 USD per semester. Please note that the $50 Administrative Fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
- Withdrawal 48+ Hours BEFORE the first session: 100% Tuition Refund (minus $50 admin fee).
- Withdrawal after the 1st Session/Week: 75% Tuition Refund (minus $50 admin fee).
- Withdrawal after the 2nd Session/Week: 50% Tuition Refund (minus $50 admin fee).
- Withdrawal after the 3rd Session/Week: No refunds will be issued.
Full Certification Bundle Refund Scale
For students who paid for all four semesters upfront to secure the bundle discount.
- Withdrawal during Semester 1: If a student withdraws before the start of the second live session (or second week of the asynchronous class), they will receive a refund equal to the bundle price minus the cost of the first semester at its full standard price ($697 USD) and the $50 administrative fee.
- Withdrawal after Semester 1: No refunds will be issued for Semesters 2, 3, or 4 once Semester 1 has been completed. Students may defer their enrollment to a later cohort one time, but the payment remains non-refundable.
