WAIVER, INDEMNITY, AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS
In consideration of me being allowed to participate in the Virtual Educator Course,
I RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS ILIAD ATHLETICS, INCLUDING THEIR OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS, FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND, FOR INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, DISABILITY, OR ILLNESS, OR LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY RELATED TO OR ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE COURSE OR APPLICATION OF ITS PRINCIPLES AFTER THE COURSE, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF ILIAD ATLETICS.
This release is also intended to include all liability, claims, and causes of action of any kind made by the participant’s family, estate, heirs, personal representatives or assigns to the extent permitted by law.
PHOTO RELEASE AND CONSENT AGREEMENT
I hereby grant Iliad Athletics, LLC the right to use, reproduce, and/or distribute photographs, video, and audio recordings of the participant identified above engaged in Virtual Educator Course activities for use in Iliad Athletics' marketing and promotional
materials.
