TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your reservation will permit you time in the 122 Bank Street, Third Floor Studio.– Rentals must be booked for a minimum of one hour at $10 per hour and must be paid in full upon booking.
All rental requests must be made at least 2 hours before the booking time. You will only be able to book up to 2 weeks in advance. Rentals should be a minimum of one hour.
Hours available for rentals are as follows: Monday through Friday, 11:00 am–8:00 pm, and Saturday through Sunday, 11:00 am –5:00 pm.
Please consider set-up and clean-up time when you make your booking. The room should be returned to its neutral setting, as shown here. If the room is not in an acceptable condition upon your arrival or you need to adjust your appointment, please immediately notify venuestaff@hbstudio.org.
You must admit any actors attending your rehearsal yourself. HB Staff is not responsible for monitoring the front door for your scene partners.
Please note that it is against studio policy to be disrespectful to peers, staff, faculty, and studio property when renting studio space. Students will be given a one-time warning. Renting privileges will be revoked if inappropriate behavior is observed. All studios are routinely inspected for damage. The production offices are located on the fourth floor of the 122 building, while the building manager’s office is on the ground floor. We kindly ask that you remain mindful that these areas are active working spaces.
There are no refunds or credits for studio rentals.
If you’re planning to use the rehearsal space for a larger production, we kindly ask that the producing party provide its own insurance coverage. Please reach out to us at production@hbstudio.org for more information.
When you arrive:
Please check in with the venue staff at 120 Bank Street when you arrive for your rehearsal. They will let you into the third-floor studio at 122 Bank Street.
