VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TABLES UNLESS A REQUEST HAS BEEN MADE BELOW!
A business license is not required to participate in this event, however all food vendors MUST have their food handlers card and any other required documentation.

Prior to the show, an email will be sent to all our individual vendors with a recap of this information as well as confirming their space number, size, and location.
Backwoods Heritage Events can not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items before, during, or after this event.
Cancellation Policy:
Backwoods Heritage Events does not offer refunds. We do, however, offer rain checks to vendors who provide notice of cancellation prior to the event which can be used toward a future event of the vendor's choosing. If you do need to cancel, we ask that you give us at least 24-hour notice so that we can plan and adjust accordingly.
