Join the Georgia Department of Community Affairs on February 3, 2026 for the 2026 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) Workshop at the Cobb Convention Center Atlanta (formerly Cobb Galleria Centre) located at Two Galleria Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339.
At the Workshop, DCA staff will discuss special topics and updates, give attendees the opportunity to ask clarifying questions, and solicit feedback on priority policy proposals for the 2026-2027 QAP.

Full Conference Registration Cost starting December 8, 2026: $175 per person.
On-site Registration: $250 per person.
Registration will close on Friday, January 23, 2026.
Registration includes all training, breakfast, a coffee break, and lunch. Doors will open for this event at 8:00 am and the workshop will conclude no later than 4:00 pm. An agenda is forthcoming.
Please note that no refunds will be processed for this event once payment is received. DCA will only allow changes to the attendee's name if the original registrant is unable to attend.
