The Hays High School Jazz Band will be hosting it's first annual Swing Bingo fundraiser on Thursday, February 26th. This fundraiser has been established to help meet the financial needs associated with supporting a growing and competitive Jazz Band program!

Our Swing Bingo night is an evening dedicated to showcasing the talents of our Hays High School Jazz Band members, all while inviting concert goers to play live Bingo and enjoy exceptional Swing Band charts! Additionally, a dessert bar will be made available on site for concert goers to indulge in as well. 

Funds raised will help cover basic operational costs such as select jazz band music, festival and contest entry fees, transportation costs and supplemental expenditures such as jazz masterclasses and electronics. Can't make it out to the performance? Not a problem! There are still ways for you to make a contribution!

Below are three ways to best support the Hays Jazz Band program:

Option 1 - You can purchase an admission ticket to the 2026 Jazz Swing Bingo Night and come listen to some great music! 1 admission ticket comes with 3 complimentary Bingo tickets. 

Option 2 - If you are wanting to reserve a table and avoid having to fight for seating, you can choose to become a Jazz Sponsor! Included in this option are four complimentary desserts from our dessert bar along with 12 complimentary Bingo tickets. 

Option 3 - If you are unable to join us in person for this event, please consider becoming a Hays Jazz Band Ambassador by making a minimum donation of $10.00 below. You may increase your Ambassador donation by changing the donation quantity below. Thank you in advance!!
