- Live Sessions: Participation in 6 live Zoom sessions, held on Monday evenings, beginning 6th February.
  Combined with pre-learning: Completion of 5 weeks of online pre-learning tasks, approximately 3–5 hours per week.
- An 8-week implementation period following Pesach, which includes:
  One written assignment
  A teaching log
  Participation in 3 group mentoring sessions
