We are excited that you would like to be considered as a vendor for the 2026 Spokane Lilac Festival Association Armed Forces Torchlight Parade.
There are multiple options for vendors throughout the Festival:
Lilac Marketplace – this vendor street fair is at the heart of the Festival. On Howard Street between Spokane Falls Blvd and Main, the Lilac Marketplace showcases artisans, food vendors and commercial exhibitors. The Howard Street booths are sold out, but additional vendor space has been added on Wall Street. New registrations will be accommodated on Wall. The Lilac Marketplace opens at 11:00 AM. Vendor are encouraged to stay through the end of the parade, approximately 10:30 PM. However, vendors can opt to leave at 7:00 PM. Be aware, though, that the parade route will be closed to traffic and you will need to load out all equipment by hand. Load in begins at 8:30 AM and will be by appointment to avoid congestion. Booth spaces are 15’ X 10’ or 10’ X 10’. No electricity, water, or canopies are provided. Generators cannot be excessively loud.
Parade Route Mobile Vendors – walk along the parade route beginning at 5:30 PM until the start of the parade. Once the parade passes your location, you can position your merchandise behind spectators in an intersection or walk along the route with only hand-held merchandise (no carts), being sure not to block spectators’ view of the parade. Each mobile vendor permit allows for one salesperson.
Parade Route Booth Space – designated booth spaces are available at corners and intersections along the parade route. These booths are open from 5:30 PM through the end of the parade.
All vendors are responsible to be familiar with and in compliance with all City of Spokane licensing, Health Department, and Fire Department regulations.
Vendor applications must include an uploaded Certificate of Insurance showing at least $1,000,000 in liability insurance with the Spokane Lilac Festival Association, 901 N Monroe, Suite 22A, Spokane, WA 99201 as the named certificate holder. Payment must be made at the time of application. If the application is not approved, payment will be refunded.
Review the posted images of available booth spaces and included your preferred location. Booth assignments are not guaranteed but you will receive a confirmation with your assigned booth number. Approximately one week before the Festival, you will receive an email with detailed information including your assigned load in time.

Lilac Marketplace artisan and food vendor 15’ X 10’: $150
Lilac Marketplace artisan and food vendor 10’ X 10’: $125
Lilac Marketplace artisan and food vendor double space, 30’ X 10’: $250
Lilac Marketplace commercial exhibitor 10’ X 10’: $425
Lilac Marketplace commercial exhibitor 15’ X 10’: $475
Parade mobile vendor unit: $125 with one salesperson
Parade mobile vendor unit second salesperson: $25
Parade route booth space: $150
*Vendor registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances.
