Vendor Events for 2026

● April 11, 2026 – Rumble in the Brier Car Show/Spring Fling
● September 19,2026 – BBQ & Bags – BBQ Cook off
● October 24, 2026 – Rumble in the Brier Car Show/Fall Fest
● November 28, 2026 – Christmas In the Brier (Indoor event)

Booth Space - 10x10 $40.00 one event, $80 two events, $100 three events, $120 4 events.
Food Trucks - $125.00 one event, $250 two events, $325 for three events, $400 for 4 events.

Payment is due with application, application deadline for each event is listed below:
Rumble in the Brier - Spring Fling – April 2, 2026, BBQ & Bags Event - September 10, 2026 * We ask vendors to donate an item in value at least $25 from booth or a gift card from somewhere to raffle off at the event to all car show participants
Rumble in the Brier - Fall Fest - October 15, 2026, Christmas in the Brier - November 20, 2026 * We ask vendors to donate an item in value at least $25 from booth or a gift card from somewhere to raffle off at the event to all car show participants.
Events will be held at the Louise Martin Park – 2300 Old Greenbrier Pike – Greenbrier, TN 37073 Louise Martin Softball/Baseball Fields
Christmas event will be held inside at Greenbrier High School

● Vendors must provide your own tents, tables, chairs, and people to man the booth
