Same-Day Service:

• Pickup must be before 2:00 PM for delivery by 9:00 PM.
• If booking after 2:00 PM, pickup will be at 9:00 PM and delivery will be the next morning by 11 AM.

Next-Day Service:

• Pickup can be scheduled any time between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
• Delivery will occur the following day.
• Orders weighing over 100 lbs may require a 2-day turnaround.

I understand that the $1 booking fee is a non-refundable confirmation fee used to secure my spot for pickup & delivery. This fee shows that I am serious about scheduling service. I understand that my final laundry total will be charged after my items are washed, dried, and folded. The final total will be based on the exact weight, service type, and any optional add-ons selected. I agree not to dispute charges with my bank without first contacting The Laundry Trap to resolve any concerns. Any unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and a $25 processing fee.
