DISCLAIMER: This is a beta retreat, meaning it is the very first iteration of the Besties² experience. We are testing programming, formats, and flow. By participating, you agree to provide honest feedback during or after the event and understand that some elements are being piloted for future growth.INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS: I understand that the Besties² Beta Retreat includes accommodations, all meals and snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, all programming and materials, as well as access to the property's amenities. I understand that airfare, ground transportation and alcoholic beverages are NOT included.CONFIDENTIALITY: I agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all retreat attendees.CODE OF CONDUCT: Besties² is committed to creating a respectful, supportive, and inclusive space for all attendees. Discrimination, harassment, or harmful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the integrity of the experience without refund.PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING (Optional): I consent to being photographed during the retreat and understand images may be used for promotional purposes.ACCOMMODATIONS: I understand that accommodations for the Besties² Beta Retreat vary in room size and layout, with occupancy ranging from 2 to 6 guests per room. Some rooms have private bathrooms, while others share a bathroom with another room. Room assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis. I also acknowledge that if I do not register with a full squad, I may be placed in a room with other attendees. I agree to these terms and understand that every effort will be made to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all.

ROOM + PAYMENT INFORMATION

Retreat pricing ranges from $1,500-$2,500
Pricing depends on room tier (A, B, or C) and bed type. We offer king beds, single beds, trundles, and bunk beds. Accommodations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once your deposit is received. To reserve your spot, a $500 deposit is required (for everyone).

Below, you’ll select your preferences. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will match you with the best available room based on your requests. Final pricing will be confirmed with your room assignment, along with information about your remaining balance and payment options.
