ACCOMMODATIONS: I understand that accommodations for the Besties² Beta Retreat vary in room size and layout, with occupancy ranging from 2 to 6 guests per room. Some rooms have private bathrooms, while others share a bathroom with another room. Room assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis. I also acknowledge that if I do not register with a full squad, I may be placed in a room with other attendees. I agree to these terms and understand that every effort will be made to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all.

ROOM + PAYMENT INFORMATION

Retreat pricing ranges from $1,500-$2,500

There are 11 bedrooms at the Dahlia Estate. While each one is beautiful, bright, clean, and comfortable, they vary in size, bed configuration, guest capacity, and bathroom access.

The base retreat price of $1,500 is due at registration. Below, you’ll have the opportunity to request upgrades, which will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Upgrade options range from an additional $250–$750. These fees will not be charged automatically. After I receive your registration and review your requests, you’ll receive a follow-up email confirming your assigned room, along with a link to pay the remaining balance.
