This is a portal to fierce femme(inine) power, a cauldron of both dark and light energy alchemized for folx of all genders (yes, we all have access to feminine and masculine energies). The word “woman” is repeated, and experiences of being “woman” are centered throughout the playlist, which is intentional. If you do not identify as woman, you are invited to enter the portal with reverence for those who do and are challenged to identify the parts of yourself that might connect to, or disconnect from, this experience. This experience was lovingly created for anyone who has struggled with the "too much" and/or "not enough" storylines, which are undoubtedly two sides of the same coin. The "too much" and "not enough" storylines are often ones that we've been journeying with for a long time. These storylines get reinforced by entering into relationships and situations that are similar to the ones that set the scene for them to emerge in the first place. The first step to transform these storylines is to become aware that they exist. Then we reflect & learn, move with & through, release, and ultimately transform or rewrite in our own words, in a way that reflects our authentic self. Explore what it means to "awaken," individually and as a collective. At times, we might simultaneously be awakening literally, politically, and spiritually, as there is much overlap between the three. Oftentimes, we are subconsciously awakening, and when we can bring conscious intention to any of these, even the literal act of waking up in the morning, that is where the magic lives. When we do this collectively, or in community, this is where alchemical shifts can happen - the ones that change the course of history. What are Winter Wonders? They show up in the flicker of a candle flame on the longest and darkest night, in the glowing embers of a fire surrounded by a blanket of snow, in the way the shadows of bare branches play with the light of the Cold moon. This playlist is an invitation to surrender to the stillness and introspection of winter, to find that calm in the storm (or at least a rhythm you can dance to) amidst the holiday hustle and bustle, and to find warmth, comfort, and joy where you can.
