In this practical, high-impact workshop, participants will learn how to create and deploy their own Custom GPTs and Microsoft Copilot Agents—powerful AI tools that follow their instructions, use their business documents, and perform repeatable tasks on demand. You’ll be guided step-by-step in designing an agent’s role, defining its rules and tone, uploading documents, and testing its performance. Whether you want an HR policy explainer, a customer service responder, a project assistant, or a marketing content builder, this session shows you how to build an AI helper that reflects your business voice and needs. Participants will learn: - What Custom GPTs and Copilot Agents are and how they differ - How to design an agent’s purpose, persona, and boundaries - How to upload templates, documents, SOPs, or policy files for the agent to use - How to test and refine performance through prompt iteration - How to share agents securely with staff or your team - How to deploy AI assistants to improve consistency, speed, and decision support Every participant leaves with at least one fully built, ready-to-use AI agent they can use immediately in their business.
