Welcome & Instructions: Thank you for your interest in North Park Learning Group (NPLG), a hybrid homeschool community designed to help learners think, learn, and grow. Please complete the following application as thoroughly and honestly as possible. Acceptance into NPLG is based on both the application and a required Shadow Day. Because our groups are small, we may not be able to accommodate all applicants. A $25 non-refundable application fee is required to submit this form.

Policies (Dress Code, Cell Phones, Admissions)

Program Policies
We have a dress code at North Park Learning Group. Do you have any questions or concerns about the dress code?*
Dress Code:Clothing and shoes worn to class should be comfortable.No transparent clothing.No undergarments showing (pants and shorts should not sag)Tops should have straps.No midriff tops.Shorts and skirts should cover at least part of the upper thigh.*Once or twice a year, there may be a special occasion where formal attire or a costume is worn. Exceptions will be made for these events.**On Wednesdays, students have art class and are allowed to bring a change of clothes. **
We have a no cell phone policy. Do you have any questions or concerns about the cell phone policy?*
Students are not allowed to bring cell phones into NPLG during program hours. If your child must bring a phone to school (which we do not recommend), they may leave it next door in our safe box or Suite 240 for safekeeping. Phones will only be accessible if students ask permission and have a genuine need to use them. This policy is in place to help minimize distractions and maintain a focused, engaging learning environment. Thank you for your support.
