    ** The deadline for filling out this form AND delivering your artwork to the O'Hanlon gallery is Saturday, December 20 at 2PM. >> The days and times for artwork delivery to the gallery are: Friday, December 19, 11am to 2pm and Saturday, December 20, 11am to 2pm.
    • This exhibit is FREE for "Artist" level members.
    • "Supporter" level members can participate if they pay a fee of $30 when they drop of their artwork.
    • If you're unable to complete this form in advance, we’ll be available to assist you when you drop off your artwork.

    Entry Fee: FREE for artist level or $30 supporter level. Pay when you drop off your artwork. • Open only to current OHCA Members, age 16 and over Submission limit: 1 work per artist • Please enter your best small-to-mid sized pieces • Please do not submit works previously displayed in O'Hanlon Gallery shows • The one piece submitted will be included • No diptychs/triptychs for this exhibit, please. IMPORTANT: The Members' Show will be shown in the O'Hanlon Main Gallery only • The exhibit will be curated by O’Hanlon Staff and installed by Exhibition Committee. • The show will be installed 'salon style' to ensure that everyone's work can be displayed! ONE PIECE ONLY. SEE SIZE LIMITATIONS BELOW*
