PICKUPS:
Please arrive on your selected pickup date. Orders not collected on the scheduled day may not be eligible for refund, as our products are made fresh and reserved specifically for you! If you need to change your pickup day or time, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
If you would like to add on to your order anything from the case, please wait in line. If you would like to just pickup your order, come directly to the counter and let us know your full name. Please note - we're a small space and holidays get hectic, so we appreciate your patience as we get everything packed up for ya :)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We can accept cancellations up to 72 hours before your pickup date for a full refund, minus the standard payment processing fee of 2.9% + 30¢. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your pickup date are not eligible for a refund, but we’re happy to offer shop credit for the full value of your order.
