❄️ Winter Open House Car & Motorcycle Show – Day-of Instructions ❄️
Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: San Angelo Soccer Association Complex, 1501 Glenna, San Angelo, TX 76901
Arrival & Check-In:
Please arrive by 10:30 AM.
Check in at the registration booth to receive your participant badge and parking assignment.
Parking & Display:
Follow signs and volunteers to your assigned spot.
Display your vehicle in your assigned area only.
Voting: 🗳️
Visitor voting runs from 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
Be sure your display is ready for judging by 11:00 AM.
Awards: 🏆
Winners will be announced at 3:00 PM at the main stage/award area.
During the Show:
Keep walkways clear for visitors.
Limit engine noise and supervise children at all times.
Departure:
The event ends at 4:00 PM.
Volunteers will assist with exiting and ensure safety.
