1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT
The purpose of this Agreement is to grant the Licensee a limited commercial license to use one (1) song created by a Destiny Production artist exclusively for dance video usage.
2. LICENSE FEE & PAYMENT TERMS
Total License Fee: $500.00 USD
Required Deposit: $150.00 USD (non-refundable)
Remaining balance of $350.00 USD must be paid before the final music file and license certificate are delivered.
Failure to pay the remaining balance voids the license.
3. GRANTED RIGHTS
Upon full payment, the Licensee is granted the following rights:
Commercial rights to use one (1) Destiny Production song
Usage is strictly limited to dance videos
Licensee may distribute the dance video(s) on social media, streaming platforms, websites, live performances, or promotional content
Licensee may monetize the dance videos
This is a non-exclusive license, meaning Destiny Production may license the same song to other individuals or entities.
4. RESTRICTIONS
The Licensee may NOT:
Use the song in music videos, commercials, movies, or any other production not classified as a dance video
Sell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of the music
Alter the original composition or master recording without written permission
Use the song in content promoting hate, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
Any use outside of the permitted scope requires a separate license.
5. OWNERSHIP
All rights, copyrights, and ownership of the music remain 100% the property of Destiny Production and its artists.
The Licensee receives usage rights only, not ownership.
6. TERM
This license is perpetual for the approved dance video(s), as long as the Licensee complies with this Agreement.
7. TERMINATION
Destiny Production reserves the right to terminate this license if:
Payment is not completed
The Licensee violates any term of this Agreement
Unauthorized usage is discovered
Upon termination, all rights granted to the Licensee are revoked.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Destiny Production is not liable for:
Claims arising from the Licensee’s misuse of the music
Third-party copyright disputes caused by unauthorized use
Losses, damages, or legal fees related to Licensee’s projects
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
10. ACCEPTANCE
By signing below, the Licensee agrees to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
