3. AIRLINE TICKETING: For the Jonathan Cahn Tour, Aliyah is partnering with an outside airline ticketing agency. This agent is available to assist with both domestic and international flights for the tour. I am aware that airfare will be paid at the time of ticketing to a separate ticketing agent and that airfare prices are subject to change based on current fares and point of origin. Airline arrangements are refunded separately and are not the responsibility of Aliyah Tours. Airline penalties for ticketing changes or cancellations are assigned by the airlines and not Aliyah Tours.*

6. EXCLUSIONS: I am aware that these items are not included in my tour price: flights (payable to a separate ticketing agent), airport taxis and transfers outside of group transfers, optional excursions, charges for passports and visas, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, telephone and internet charges, laundry, meals not specified in the itinerary, liquor, items of a personal nature and any items not specifically listed as included.*

7. HEALTH AND MOBILITY CONCERNS: I am aware that tours in Israel include areas that have uneven footing, few handrails, rocky pathways, and some steep climbs. The streets and sites we will visit are not wheelchair and walker friendly. Most of our tours include 3-5 miles of walking per day. Guests with mobility challenges or other health issues should make private arrangements to travel with a caregiver who can stay with them if they need to opt out of a tour stop. Guests cannot be left alone or on the bus should they choose to opt out.*

8. TERMS & CONDITIONS: I am aware of the cancellation policy and fee schedule as follows: Guests acknowledge the inherent risks of travel and agree to proceed at their own discretion. Additionally, while guests may cancel their bookings at any time, there are penalties and fees associated with cancellations, depending on how close to the departure date the cancellation occurs. No guest should travel if they perceive that the tour exceeds their personal sense of risk. The $500 deposit is non-refundable if you (the guest) choose to cancel your reservation. Additional refunds for other payments (beyond the deposit) will follow the schedule below: Refund Tiers – Based on Time Before Departure: Prior to the final payment deadline: 100% refund of total payments made, excluding the $500 deposit. At four months prior to the departure date: 50% refund of total payments made, excluding the $500 deposit. At six weeks prior to the departure date: 25% refund of total payments made, excluding the $500 deposit. Within six weeks of the departure date: No refund available due to advanced bookings and non-refundable vendor costs. If the Tour needs to be Postponed or Cancelled: In the unlikely event that the Fall 2026 Israel tour has to be rescheduled (postponed) you will be guaranteed your spot on the rescheduled tour. In the unlikely event that the Fall 2026 has to be cancelled due to actualized security concerns such as but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorist acts, political unrest, epidemics or pandemics, and you don’t want to be guaranteed a spot on the rescheduled tour, Aliyah Tours will provide: A $400 refund from your deposit. The $100 service fee is non-refundable to cover planning and administrative costs. Refund Timeline: Refunds may take up to 12 weeks from the official cancellation date. Non-refundable Bank Fees: Any fees charged by the credit card processor are not refundable.*

DISCLAIMER: I am aware of the following disclaimer and I agree to the terms outlined: Aliyah Tours (Aliyah Foundation), and/or its agents and their representatives abroad, Jonathan Cahn Israel Tours, Beth Israel Worship Center and Hope Of The World, Inc. their agents or representatives abroad and/or its employees act only as agents for the tour participants in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, touring, restaurants, or any other services in connection with the itinerary. They will exercise reasonable care in making such arrangements. However, they do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to person or property because of any act or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company, or person rendering any of the services included in the tours. The tickets, coupons, tariffs, rules, or contracts currently in use by any carrier, hotel, restaurant, or other contractor rendering services shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the tour participants. All parties mentioned in this disclaimer, their agents or representatives abroad and/or its employees accept no responsibility for any damage, delay, or injury due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restraints, hostile acts, terrorism, weather, acts of God, or any other cause beyond their personal control. All parties mentioned in this disclaimer, their agents or representatives abroad and/or its employees are not responsible for loss of or damage to your luggage, accidents en route, or ill health which may require travelers to miss parts of the tour or to return home without the group. No carrier shall be responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time tour participants are not on board its own conveyance. The tour programs are planned in advance. If between planning time and the actual tour operation, circumstances beyond control require changes, All parties mentioned in this disclaimer, their agents or representatives abroad and/or its employees, reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute components of tour programs. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for any reason whatsoever to alter the arrangements of the itinerary, such alterations may be made without penalty to the Aliyah Tours operators.
