Product Disclaimer & Acknowledgment (With Purpose Co)
By placing an order for a self-defense keychain or related products from With Purpose Co, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Age Requirement & Certification
· Minimum Age: You certify that you are at least 18 years of age or older, and you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and purchase this product.
· Misrepresentation: You understand that providing false information regarding your age or legal ability to purchase is a violation of these terms.
2. Legal Compliance and Responsibility
· User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for adhering to all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations concerning the possession, carrying, and use of this self-defense keychain in your jurisdiction. By purchasing, you certify that you are of legal age to possess and use the product.
· Lawful Purpose: This product is intended strictly for lawful self-defense as permitted by law. Any misuse, illegal use, or aggressive use of the keychain is the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Assumption of Risk and Effectiveness
· Risk of Use: You acknowledge that the use of any self-defense product, including keychains, inherently involves risks of personal injury, property damage, and unintended harm.
· No Guarantee: With Purpose Co makes no guarantee or warranty that the self-defense keychain will be effective in preventing injury, property damage, or death in any specific encounter.
4. Release of Liability
· Waiver: You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue With Purpose Co, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by you or third parties as a result of the purchase, possession, or use of this product.

Cancellation & Order Policy
Once your Order Form has been submitted, you will receive an invoice within 24 hours. All payments must be made within 24 hours for your order to begin production.
Because each item is custom-made, all payments are non-refundable. Once supplies have been purchased or creation has started, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
Your order will be handmade within 2–4 business days and shipped on the Friday following payment unless stated otherwise.
A portion of every purchase is donated to the Lupus Warrior Foundation and/or a Domestic Violence support organization, so every order helps support a purpose. 💜
