1. Scope
By signing below, the Client confirms they have reviewed and accepted the services, terms, and deliverables in this Agreement. Work begins upon signature and receipt of the required retainer.

The individual signing this Agreement warrants that they are authorized to enter into this contract on behalf of the Client (the salon/business named above).

2. Retainer
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the Shoot Time and secure production time. The retainer is applied toward the total project cost and is not transferable to another person or business without written mutual agreement. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule for the selected Service Tier.

3. Usage Rights
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final delivered images and videos solely for their own digital and print marketing. No additional licensing fees will be required for continued future use.

Media may not be resold, licensed, transferred, or used to create digital or physical products without the Photographer’s written consent.

The Photographer retains copyright. The Photographer may use delivered media solely for self-promotional purposes (portfolio, website, and social media), and will not license, sell, or provide the Client’s media to any third party without written consent.

4. Creative Direction
The Client acknowledges the Photographer’s editorial, natural, and artist-forward style. Creative choices—including lighting, framing, color, environment, pacing, and overall direction—are made collaboratively, with guidance or full direction from the Photographer when needed to support the project’s goals.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations
A minimum 7-day notice is required to reschedule. Requests made with less notice may incur a fee equal to 25% of the remaining balance.
Retainers are non-refundable.

If the Photographer must cancel and cannot offer a timely reschedule, the Client may choose:
• a full refund of all payments made, or
• transfer of the retainer to a new mutually agreed Shoot Time.

6. Model Releases
The Client is responsible for ensuring all individuals photographed or filmed (including salon clients or models) have given permission to appear in media captured during the project.

7. Delivery Timeline
Final edited, high-resolution media is delivered within 7–14 business days following each shoot day.
Rush delivery is available upon written request and may incur an additional fee.

8. Project Duration
Project timelines activate upon signature of this Agreement. All strategy calls, shoot dates, and delivery milestones must occur within the active duration of the purchased Service Tier.

If a call or meeting cannot be held, rescheduling is available within the same contract month. Rollovers beyond the contract window require written approval and are reviewed case-by-case.

Tier Deliverables
Archive Starter — $3,500: 7 Day of Service
• One shoot day (4–5 Hours)
• One 30-min strategy call
• 25–40 edited high-resolution images (7-10 Days)
• 10–15 raw video clips (48 hours)
• Resource list, mood board, roadmap

Archive Builder — $6,000 / 1 Month of Service
• Two shoot dates (4–5 Hours each)
• Four 30-min strategy calls
• 50–70 edited images (7-10 Days)
• 15–25 raw video clips (48 Hours)
• One edited video (~30 sec) (7-10 Days)
• Resource list, mood board, roadmap
• Ongoing email support

Deliverable timelines are for each shoot (2)

Archive Investor — $16,200 / 3 Months of Service
• Six shoot dates (4–5 hours each)
• Twelve 30-min strategy calls
• 25–40 edited images per cycle (7-10 Days)
• 5–10 raw video clips per cycle (48 Hours)
• Three edited videos (~30 sec each) (7-10 Days)
• Resource list, mood board, roadmap
• Ongoing email support (4 Months)

9. Payments
Archive Starter
• Total: $3,500
• Pay-in-Full: $3,333
• Retainer: $1,750
• Balance Due: 24 hours before Shoot Time

Archive Builder
• Total: $6,000
• Pay-in-Full: $5,555
• Retainer: $3,000
• Balance Due: 24 hours before first Shoot Time

Archive Investor
• Total: $16,200
• Pay-in-Full: $15,000
• Retainer: $8,100
• Remaining Payments: $4,050 at 30 days; $4,050 at 60 days after Agreement date

Late Payments:
If the remaining balance is not paid 24 hours before the scheduled Shoot Time, the Photographer may postpone the shoot and apply a 10% late fee to the outstanding amount.

Outstanding balances may delay delivery.

10. Liability
The Photographer will make all reasonable efforts to deliver work as described. The Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond her control, including weather, unsafe or restricted locations, or unavoidable equipment failure.

If an uncontrollable event makes completion impossible, the Client will be offered:
• a reshoot, or
• a refund proportional to any portion of the project not delivered.

The Photographer’s total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client.

11. Conduct & Environment
Both parties agree to maintain a professional, respectful, and safe working environment. The Client is responsible for ensuring the Shoot Location is ready at the scheduled Shoot Time, including cleanliness, staffing, and any required permissions.


By signing, the Client accepts these terms and authorizes the Photographer to begin the project.
