The Paseo Arts Association’s Annual Members’ Show showcases our talented members across all mediums in the Paseo Arts & Creativity Center every February.
PAA Membership is open to anyone, but this show is only open to PAA Members. If you wish to join, dues can be paid in this form when submitting your works. IMPORTANT DATES
• Monday, January 5 by 11:59pm – SUBMISSIONS DUE
• Saturday, January 10 – Notification of selected works via email by 5pm
• Saturday, January 31, 12-5pm- Delivery of selected works to the Paseo Arts & Creativity Center, 3024 Paseo, Oklahoma City 73103
• Friday, February 7 – Opening reception during the First Friday Paseo Gallery Walk, 6-9 pm
• Saturday, February 28, 12-5pm – Last day of exhibit & artist pickup
GUIDELINES
• Open to original two and three-dimensional of any visual medium.
• Two-dimensional work can be no larger than 40 inches in any direction, including any mounting, framing, and/or display devices.
• Three-dimensional works can be no larger than 36 inches wide by 40 inches tall including any mounting, framing, and/or display devices. Pedestal will be provided by the gallery.
• Work must be ready to display at the time of delivery. Two-dimensional work should have D-rings and hanging wire properly installed. Any work without properly installed hanging wire and D-rings at the time of drop off will be sent back with the artist to redo.
• When using "Untitled" for the name of your work and you have more than one "Untitled" piece, please number as follows, "Untitled 1" "Untitled 2" "Untitled 3"
• If your entry is film/video, please include link to Google Drive or Dropbox file in the Title or Medium field.
• All work must be for sale. The PAA collects and pays sales tax and will retain a 30% commission on all works sold.
***Work that has been previously selected for any past PAA Juried Show or displayed during a rented show within the last year is not eligible. Work that has been submitted but not selected is still eligible.
ENTRY & NOTIFICATIONS
• All entries are to be submitted through this application. Artists may submit up to three works for consideration. Please note, submission of entries does not guarantee acceptance. The Juror will review all submissions and choose the pieces to be exhibited in the show. They may select one, two, three or none.
• The list of selected works will be sent to all artists who enter via email by 5pm on Saturday, January 10. Please ensure that the email you submit on this form is current. If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting your form, please check your junk mail.

2 Merit Awards - $75 each
3-5 Honorable Mentions
ENTRY FEE
This is a flat entry fee (non-refundable). It is the same whether you enter one, two or three pieces.
$15 for Paseo Arts Association members
Must be Paseo Arts Association member to apply.
PAA retains 30% commission on all works sold.
All work must be for sale.
