Winterfest is an event that recognizes some of our members for their achievements over the past year during a banquet. This includes awards such as the Founders, Vigil Honor, James E. West, and Honorable Service Award (Kola Specific). We will also be passing off the torch to our new lodge leadership team for 2026.
On top of all of this, there are also a variety of fun games, activities, and discussions that take place before the banquet. It is overall a very fun event.
Time: 2 p.m. - 8 p.m., Banquet at 6 p.m., Awards at 7 p.m.
Cost: $25/person
Location: LCCC Training Center, Room 120
Expected Uniform:
Full "Class A" Field Uniform and OA Sash.
Transportation to and from the event is the responsibility of the individual scout, carpooling to the event is recommended, but all Scouting America travel and Safeguarding Youth guidelines need to be followed.
Attendees will need to bring a copy of the Annual Health and Medical Record, parts A & B.
