YOU MUST PURCHASE A BANQUET TICKET BY DECEMBER 14th TO ATTEND THE BANQUET OR TO HAVE AWARDS PRODUCED AND MAILED TO YOU. Please note: You must have done 75% of your classes' races in a series to qualify for awards. The Mail My Awards Option is at the bottom of this form.

Banquet tickets for the buffet style meal are $45 each. Tickets must be purchased from NESC in advance by credit card or check only.

Tickets are not mailed or emailed, the names of all the ticket buyers will be at the door the day of the banquet. Tickets will not be sold the day of the banquet.
