*One form per vehicle entered, including 1x adult ticket*

*All passengers/spectators are to pay entry fee at gate*

*Entrants enter vehicle at own risk*

*All entrants must be on site before opening to public unless prior arrangment*

*All entrants ENTER through GATE 3 for scrutineers to check in, EXIT through GATE 4 when show has ended. 

*Speed limit within grounds is strictly 5kms/hr* 

*No BYO alcohol*

Terms & Conditions

By registering as an entrant, you agree to abide by all event terms, venue rules, and lawful directions issued by event staff, volunteers and officials.

Drivers must hold a valid driver’s licence appropriate for their vehicle.

The Event reserves the right to refuse any vehicle deemed unsafe, offensive or inappropriate.

Aggressive, disrespectful or dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated.

Burnouts, racing or reckless driving outside approved areas or without permission will result in removal from the event without refund.

Alcohol must not be consumed by entrants operating a vehicle during the Event.

Seatbelts must be worn at all times when a vehicle is in motion.

By registering, you grant Burdekin Motor Madness the right to film, photograph or record you and your vehicle during the Event.

Media captured may be used for promotional, marketing or advertising purposes without compensation.

Entry fees are non-refundable, unless the Event is cancelled by the organisers.

If the Event is postponed due to weather, safety or circumstances beyond our control, entries will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.

The Event reserves the right to: refuse any registration, remove entrants from the premises, disqualify entrants for non-compliance, change activities or schedules without notice for safety or operational reasons
