By booking a spot in the workshop the participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
COST
- Individuals - $175.00
- Couples - $325.00
- Groups (Max 8 persons) - $150 per person
Participants will attend the Vision Board Workshop on the dates and times they personally select during registration. This flexibility ensures that each participant can choose a session that best fits their schedule.
ATTENDANCE
In-Person Attendance: 1299 Third Ave, Prince George, BC V2L 3E6, CA
Virtual Attendance: Zoom Link will be provided 24 hrs prior to workshop start time.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled workshop. Late arrivals may miss portions of the session and we cannot extend workshop time.
ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be 18 years or older to register.
Only paid participants are permitted to attend the worship sessions. No observers are allowed.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
All participants must register and pay in full prior to the workshop to secure a spot. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payments are processed securely through Square.
A confirmation email will be sent with all details.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds or credit will be provided for missed sessions, or non‑attendance by the participants.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
If the workshop is canceled by Abundant Life Wellness Coaching Centre due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered an alternative date or credit toward future services.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within the required notice period will be accommodated based on availability. We will do our best to accomodate all requests, however, late rescheduling requests may result in forfeiture of your session without refund.
If you miss your scheduled workshop without prior notice, the session will be forfeited.

All basic materials will be provided. These includes:
- 11x16 Stretched Canvas Board
- Journal | Pen
- Magazines | Printed Images
- Scissors | Craft Knife
- Glue Gun | Hot Glue Sticks | Glue Sticks | Push Pins
- Markers | Pens | Paints | Paint Brushes
- Affirmation Cards
- Embellishments
Participants are encouraged to bring personal items to make their vision boards truly unique. Feel free to include meaningful photos, inspiring quotes, or your preferred embellishments to reflect your goals and dreams. These personal touches will help create a board that resonates deeply with your vision.
Light refreshments to be served.
CONDUCT
Respectful participation is expected. The organizer reserves the right to ask a participant to leave if their behaviour is disruptive.
COMPLETION OF WORK
Projects should typically be completed during the workshop; taking materials home to finish will not be permitted.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Personal information shared during registration or the workshop will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
While all The workshop is designed for personal development and inspiration. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Abundant Life Wellness Coaching Centre is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions participants take as a result of the workshop.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Materials provided during the workshop are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Participants retain the rights to their personal vision boards and the unique expression of their goals.
By registering, participants consent to the organizer processing registration data and potentially using photographs/ videos taken during the workshop for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to have their image used must notify the organizer in writing.
Personal data will be tretaed according to Abunant Life Wellness Coaching Centre's privacy policy.
