Booth Space Information

Booth spaces will be inside the pavilion and outside on the adjacent brick plaza at Switchyard Park. Vendor spaces are approximately 10' x 10'. You are required to provide everything you need for your space, including tables and chairs. Spaces are limited and available on a first come first serve basis. You are allowed to reserve up to 3 spaces. Reservations accepted until April 3rd or until spaces are filled, whichever comes first. This is a yard sale style event and all products must reasonably fit this description. We do not allow businesses to register or to sell during this event. Glitter/confetti is not allowed inside the Pavilion.

Please note: There is a limited quantity of indoor booths. The form is set to only allow 40 booths to be sold, afterwards, they will be unavailable. If the form does not allow you to buy the booths you're requesting, they could be sold out already. Try changing the quantity of booths to a lower number, or consider choosing outdoor booths instead.

You will know that your booth space(s) have been approved when you recieve a Welcome email for the 2026 event. Booth assignments will go out in April, about one week before the event.

Please note: On your credit card statement, this charge will say "Bloomington Softball". This is something that was set up a long time ago and we are unable to change it. Rest assured, it is for Bloomington Parks and Rec Junk in the Trunk event booth space. We apologize for any confusion this might create!
