Rules and Expectations: All vendors must be set up and present at least 15mins before the start of the event. Vendors must treat all residents, customers, staff, and other vendors with respect. Hostile or unprofessional attitudes will NOT be tolerated and may result in termination from the event. Each individual vendor is responsible for handling customer complaints or concerns. This is a rain or shine event. The event will only be cancelled for weather deemed unsafe. NO REFUND - If you want a "refund," you must find a food truck replacement and ask them for the fee paid for that event. No refund will be given. Once you sign up for the requested date, you are committed and expected to find a replacement. Signature Disclaimer: Any vendor filling out this online form affirms that all information supplied is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge and belief. Vendors must understand that they are not contracted through the association to provide any services, therefore in the event of an injury, accident, vehicle defect, loss, theft, medical, legal, or other issues that may arise. The undersigned does hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Association, or any of its individual Board Members, or its or their agents, representatives. The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify, save and hold harmless the releases and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost the releasees may incur due to the presence in or upon the amenity center or on Carnes Crossroads Property by signing the last box upon submission of this application.
