Liability Waiver:

By registering, I the participant (or if under 18 years of age above listed parent/guardian) hereby release Tapology Dance Festival For Youth, the instructors, the sponsors, and all event locations from any and all claims or liability due to personal injury or loss of property, which I the participant may sustain as a result of participating in any activity connected with the Tapology Dance Festival For Youth. Tapology Dance Festival For Youth reserves the right to video tape all Tapology classes, events, and performances

Press Release Waiver:

The undersigned, authorizes Tapology, and those persons or entities in any way affiliated with it, to use any photo, picture, image, video and recording, whether digital, electronic or on film or other media, of or including the undersigned, for purposes of Development, Marketing, Advertising, Promotion and any related activities of Tapology. Such Media may be used in any print, electronic, digital, film, video, broadcast, web based, social media or other form or format for the purposes set forth in this Release. I hereby release Tapology from any liability arising from the use of the program material and/or educational or promotional materials created by Tapology or furnished by me in connection with its production
