Vendor Rules
1. *Booth space varies and are listed in this form. Limited to space available. Booth not provided, space only.
2. A representative must attend the Mandatory Vendor Menudo Bowl meeting on Wednesday January 21, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the 1848 Event Center (Webb County Fairgrounds)to pick up a participation envelope with 3 admission passes.
3. Booth set up Friday, January 23rd from 10a.m. – 7p.m. / On Saturday, January 24th 9am-10am
4. No vehicles inside grounds after 9 a.m. on Saturday, January 24th except Menudo Bowl Committee members in a designated area. After 9 a.m. vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
5. No vehicles allowed on grounds to load up equipment until all Menudo Bowl Awards are handed out – approximately 7:00 p.m.
6. 1848 Event Center (Webb County Fair Grounds) will lock gates Saturday night, January 24th, 2026, after the event at 9:00p.m. All items not cleared out at that time may be picked up the next day from 9 a.m. – 1:00p.m. Items left at owner’s risk.
7. No items to be sold or passed out unless stated in your application. Failure to comply may result in your removal from grounds.
8. Vendor receives all proceeds from sales.
9. No “Food, Soft Drinks, Bottle Water or Alcoholic Beverages” may be brought in, Failure to Comply “Will Warrant being removed from grounds”. We appreciate your cooperation and participation and ask you to support our concession stands.
10.Vendors must supply their own extension cords, tables, chairs etc.
11.Booth area is to be kept clean at all times.
12.Crime Stoppers reserves the right to refuse the use of any banner/sign displaying the name of any product that is in conflict with a current sponsorship or not a sponsor of the event. Contact the Crime Stoppers office (956) 724- 1876, if you have questions about your banner/sign being in compliance. All participants are restricted to placing banners/signs in any area unless Crime Stoppers has given permission.
13.Security will be provided Friday night from 9p.m. till Saturday 7p.m. Laredo Crime Stoppers is “NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, THEFTS, AND/OR DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSONS AND/OR EQUIPMENT”.
14.Political material can only be distributed from a candidate’s sponsored team booth or paid candidate’s booth and not passed out on grounds. Laredo Crime Stoppers, Inc. does NOT endorse any political candidates, campaigns or causes or at federal, state and local levels at any time or in any manner.
15. Vendors CANNOT sell any of the poppers or silly strings.
Removal from the grounds and future participation is subject to change as a result from non-adherence to rules.

Participants are encouraged to regularly check the official Menudo Bowl website or contact the event organizers for updates. Rules and regulations for the Menudo Bowl 2025 are subject to change at the organization’s discretion to ensure the event runs smoothly and fairly. Your participation implies acceptance of any changes made to the rules.
