Photography / Videography

An official conference photographer/videographer will be roaming for the duration of the conference and the conference dinner.

We will ensure your name badge is marked to indicate your preference identifed below.

Accessibility

Please advise any accessibility requirements we should be aware of to assist with participation. For example wheelchair access, or use of other mobility aid, assistance animal, hearing loop/hearing augmentation, closed captions, specific seating type/location required, etc.

Content

Please be aware the conference might trigger a range of emotions as you listen to the presentations. Please exercise personal judgement regarding the sessions you attend. If you feel distressed, you are able to leave mid-way. Please feel free to access the 'quiet room' or counselling services that will be available on site.

Conference attendees should also be aware there may be flashing lights and/or amplified noise within different program segments.

Through the support of our conference sponsors, the Alliance Committee is pleased to offer a limited number of conference scholarships to Lived Experience attendees.

If you are interested in applying for a Lived Experience scholarship, please complete this scholarship application form for the comittee to consider.

If successful, you will be notified by email of acceptance and you will be granted a full refund on your ticket purchase. 

Scholarship applicants may prefer to wait to register until learning of the outcome of your application. In these cases, successful applicants will be issued with a discount code to use at check-out.
