The Carolina International Organizing Committee is delighted to provide an expansive Vendor Village and Food Court for our retailers and spectators to enjoy. There are several retail options available for our vendors.

*All in! For the first two options, we've taken the work out of the weekend. These options include a tent, tables, and chairs. Everything will be set up upon our vendors' arrival.
- $350 10' x 10' Retail Space – 10’ x 10’ Tent, 1 8-foot table and 1 chair
- $700 20' x 20' Retail Space – 20’ x 20’ Tent, 2 8-feet tables and 1 chair
(*Sides are available to rent at an additional $100 for 4 sides. Clear and solid white options, subject to availability.)

*A La Carte! The following selections require vendors to provide their own tent, tables, chairs, etc. These options only provide retail space, no amenities.
- $150 10’ x 10’ Retail space – Space Only
- $300 20’ x 20’ Retail space – Space Only
Vendor Details:
- Retail spaces with electricity sell out quickly, so reserve your space early.
- Retail Space Reservations, with tent rentals, required by Friday, February 20, 2026.
