Welcome to the registration form for the She Is Wise 2026 Conference. This year’s gathering will take place at The Westin, Ottawa; virtual attendance options are no longer available. We can't wait to see you in person!

If you are purchasing a Table of 10, please complete this form even if you are not attending the event yourself. You may enter your delegates’ names and emails within this form or add them later through your delegate portal. A confirmation email with portal access will be sent once your payment is completed.

T I C K E T P R I C I N G

Regular Ticket: $800.00 ($870.09 incl. taxes & fees)
ONWA Member Ticket: $650.00 ($706.95 incl. taxes & fees)

Table of 10 - 10 seats for the cost of 9.
Regular Table: $7,200.00 ($7,830.80 incl. taxes & fees)
ONWA Member Table: $5,850.00 ($6,362.52 incl. taxes & fees)
Note: ALL delegates registered at an ONWA Member Table must be ONWA Members to register for an ONWA Member Table

(Prices include the combined administrative fee of approximately 9.9% and 13% HST. Prices do not include costs associated with transportation or hotel rooms.)

Payment is accepted by credit card or visa debit only. (No invoices, cheques, cash, e-transfers, or onsite payments.) A detailed receipt will be automatically emailed after you submit the form and the payment is successfully processed.

If you are attending as an ONWA Board Member, ONWA Staff, or Conference Presenter, you do not need to complete this form.

Table Information
When you enter a delegate’s name and email, that delegate will automatically receive an email containing their portal login information. Through their portal account, they will be able to complete their profile and provide details such as dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, and other updates.

You may submit this registration form even if you do not yet have all delegate names. Once your registration is complete, you will be able to return to your delegate portal and add or update delegate information (this functionality will become available shortly after launch).

Delegate substitutions are permitted until February 4, 2026 at 11:59 AM. After that date, substitutions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and dietary restrictions or allergy accommodations may not be guaranteed for the substituted delegate.
