Membership - reviews new member applications, conducts in-person interviews of applicants, assists with onboarding and training new members.
Gallery Operations - assists in day-to-day operations of Gallery, label making, inventory management, supply management, etc.
Finance - assists the Treasurer on an as-needed basis with financial analysis and reporting.
Marketing & Communications - help keep website updated, marketing communications written, outreach to community, and marketing campaigns to help promote the Gallery.
Events - assist with the various events we hold throughout the year, set up, tear down, manning the tent (when outdoors), helping with kids events, etc.
Gallery Exhibits - the Exhibit committee is responsible for the displays of all art, refreshing the work on the walls, hanging for specific shows, and ensuring that the art is properly tracked and displayed.
Social Media - helps the Gallery maintain a social media presence by posting, linking, and "friending" on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Work Scheduling - monitors SignUp Genius page and makes sure that all shifts are covered, sends out emails when we are missing a shift coverage, ensures that working members are completing their work obligations.
