Clone of 2025 The New Elementary Division Intent to Participate

The K-5 TRI COUNTY SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY FAIR INTENT TO PARTICIPATE: LIVE FAIR APRIL 25, 2026 at FE Bellows School in Mamaroneck

This is an intent to participate in the liive Fair to be held at FE Bellows School in Mamaroneck, NY on Saturday April 25, 2026.. This holds a spot for you and your students. You can choose not to participate by not paying the invoice. A paid invoice is non-refundable. The K-5 will have two Divisions: BUDDING SCIENTISTS grades K-3 and YOUNG SCIENTISTS for grade 4 &5. These divisions will not necessarily mirror the grades in your school. Our entry fees are either per exhibit for school's with less than 6 exhibits or you can pay a flat fee per division. Teachers who have a membership with STANYS Westchester Section can reduce these fees by 10%. BUDDING SCIENTISTS grades K-3 are $295; YOUNG SCIENTISTS grades 4 & 5 are $295 however if your school includes both sections ie: K-5 it is $355. You are allowed to pay for individual students if entering less than 6 exhibits and feel it is more cost effective. Parents can also pay us directly if you authorize the project. This implies that your school is unable to hold a competition live or virtually. In this case a student project is paid for by the contributor. Solo contributor is $35; Two contributors $65 and Three students on one project is $75. These fees increase on the first of the month starting with an increase February 1 to $50/$75/$85 and March 1 to $60/$90/$95 and April 1 to $100 per student. We are allowing parents to pay if the school is unable to pay. We are also allowing schools to use an individual option if they expect to have less than 6 exhibits wih solo contributors, less then 5 if two students contributing and less then 4 exhibits with three contributors. Generally speaking it is more cost effective to select flat division fees.
