  • Dear Staff members,

    Thank you for your attendance and your hard work so far for this annual session of TMUN. As we approach the conference dates, the Secretariat must finalize staff rooming arrangements, collect payment for staff rooming fees, as well as receive important information regarding your audio/visual capabilities in order to run your committees.

    On this form, committee staff, media team members, volunteers, and Secretariat Aides will indicate their roommate preferences, request lower occupancy rooming, complete payment for the staff rooming fee, input their laptop model, year, and its A/V ports, attach a photo of their A/V ports, as well as specify the equipment they will bring to the conference.

    It is imperative this form is submitted by the deadline to avoid last minute complications and other technical difficulties. Please submit this form no later than the deadline indicated on the email.
