TMUN School Delegation Chaperone Room Booking Form

Dear School Delegations,

Please submit this form if you would like to book chaperone rooms for your school delegation at TMUN. This form is not for independent chaperones.

While the purpose of the Chaperone Registration Form is to register individual chaperones as attendees at TMUN, this form's purpose is to book chaperone rooms for school delegations.

Please note that the purpose of this form is to book chaperone rooms for the entire school delegation. This form's booking process is not specific to any one chaperone with the delegation. Rooming arrangement such as roommates, additional room nights, and which chaperones stay in which room will be selected at a later date.

The TMUN Secretariat

On this section of the form, you will book chaperone hotel guest rooms for your school delegation. The purpose of this form is to book chaperone rooms for the entire school delegation's chaperones.

This form's booking process is not specific to any one chaperone within the delegation. Rooming arrangement such as which chaperones will stay in which room, as well as additional room nights, will be selected at a later date.

Regardless of the number of occupants in a chaperone room, the cost is unchanged. Up to four chaperones may occupy a room and the price remains static.

Fees are solely charged on a basis of per room reserved. There is no fee for a chaperone to attend the conference without booking a room. Our full pricing information is available at tmun.ca/pricing.

This form is not to register a chaperone as an attendee. This form is used to book chaperone rooms for school delegations. For a chaperone to sign up as an attendee at the conference, they must individually submit the chaperone registration form at tmun.ca/chaperone-registration.
