If you plan to have a generator, it MUST be an Inverter or Solar Powered Generator. No generators without noise dampening technologies will be allowed this year due to noise and fume complaints.

The undersigned agrees that the Cochran-Bleckley Chamber of Commerce, the City of Cochran, and Bleckley County are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury to the undersigned's property or any personal injury, which they or their employees may sustain while engaged at Country Fest to be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026.

VENDOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AGREEMENT

Liability for Loss or Theft: The owner or custodian of the property of any kind brought to the Festival, either for exhibit or for other purposes, assumes as a condition of its admission to the event, all risk of and responsibility for its loss, damage, or theft. The festival committee and/or volunteers cannot and will not accept responsibility or liability for any damage or injury resulting from theft, fire, the elements, accidents, or other conditions of causes, whether to exhibitors, property of concessionaires, vehicles on the grounds, and articles left therein, or any property of any nature whatsoever. Exhibitors, concessionaires, and others having property on the grounds during and after the event, should make their own arrangements for guarding and protecting their

No Refunds will be given for vendor cancellation or vendor "No Shows."

Weather Policy: No Vendor will be allowed to break-down their booth early unless a formal weather announcement is made by the festival committee. If a vendor decides not to follow the weather policy, you will forfeit your eligibility to return next year.

In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, the Country Fest will tentatively be rescheduled to a later date to be determined by the Country Fest Committee. No refunds will be given.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Guidelines; Liability for Loss or Theft; Refunds and Weather Policy, as a vendor at the Cochran-Bleckley Country Fest scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2026. I understand that by not abiding by these rules, I will forfeit my eligibility to return another year.(Initials Required)

1. Hand crafted items will be the major highlight of the festival. NO Flea Market or Garage/Yard Sale Items will be permitted! 2. DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: Friday, October 2, 2026. Applications received without payment will not be accepted. Applications received after the deadline will be charged a $25.00 late fee. 3. Vendors will be accepted on a "first come, first serve" basis. Acceptance will be granted at the discretion of the Country Fest Committee. 4. Food vendors set up for Saturday starts at 6:30 AM. 5. Exhibitors' setup starts at 6:30 AM and must be complete with vehicles removed from vendor area by 9:00 AM on Saturday, October 17, 2026. Vehicles must be unloaded and removed from the street as quickly as possible. 6. Anyone arriving after 9:00 AM must carry items in. 7. No vendor will be permitted to set up on Friday night due to the festival being held in the street. 8. An inventory list and pictures of items must be submitted in advance with application. The festival committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application. You will be contacted if your application is rejected. 9. Electricity is not available. Generators for arts and crafts are on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Chamber before submitting the application if you plan to use a generator. 10. Exhibit spaces will be outdoors only. 11. Temporary festival/beach tents are encouraged. All tents should be secured and weighed down. 12. A limited number of food vendors will be accepted. A detailed menu of food items to be sold must be submitted in advance with application. 13. NO Refunds will be given for vendor cancellation or vendor "No Shows." 14. Food vendors using a generator, please make sure they are kept far away from service areas. 15. Vendors are required to provide their own tent, tables, chairs, etc. 16. Food Vendors, who will be cooking onsite, will be required to have an ABC Fire Extinguisher with a current service tag. If a frver is part of the set-up, a Class K Fire Extinguisher with a current service tag will be required. A grease mat under fryers is also required. Food Vendors must also provide all food service documents including DPH Certificate, Servsafe, Business License and Tax License. 17. Children's Rides/Games, etc. are welcome! Vendors must submit a detailed list of rides/games that will be available as well as the complete dimensions of each ride/game to ensure we provide adequate spacing for each. The festival committee reserves the right to request additional information or request that vendor not include a particular ride or game if adequate spacing is not available. Generators must be kept far away from service areas Safety is the #1 priority! All rules apply to rides/games, as to arts and crafts, etc. Children's Ride operators must include proof of liability insurance. 18. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up booth space before leaving. Trash receptacles will be available. All exhibit materials or equipment not removed from the site following closing will be considered abandoned and will become property of the Cochran-Bleckley Chamber of Commerce. 19. No Vendor will be allowed to break down their booth early, unless a formal weather announcement is made by the festival committee. If a vendor decides not to follow the weather policy, you will forfeit your eligibility to return next year. 20. No pets allowed apart from service animals. 21. First Aid and Lost & Found will be available at the Chamber Tent & Bleckley County Fire Department Tent located across from the main stage on the corner of Second and Cherry.
